Hello, hello all drawers and undrawers! My nickname is Alija, but friends call me Al.
In short - I'm a medical consultant for breast implants, a member of emergency veterinary services, an ambitious dreamer who thinks only about comics.
I've drawn all my life, but when I found DeviantART in 2006 I decided to do something with my talent. Seeing so many great and versatile artists I thought: "I can't be worse!" Thus, Alija was born, using her ultra superpowers, has dedicated her live to ... um ... well, do not exaggerate ....
Years ago I decided that my path in life didn't lead me to the Academy of Fine Arts. Too long to recount, so to summarize - I see my future in medicine and veterinary medicinel. And drawing, although very important for me, I develop in my spare time.
I stayed a long time in a typical Disney style (I greet all the furries), but I just don't like it now. How much can I draw a cute kittens?
My first stylistic breakthrough came before final exams in high school when I created my character Henning - one of the main characters of my future comic. I worked on this line for years, human anatomy and different concepts. Recently I created several short comic strips. I don't wanna torture myself with a larger project for which I'm not prepared. I'm trying to create systematically, but often my job get in the way of my work. However I'm not giving up!
I'll create for the rest of my life, because I can't live without it. Where will it all go? Well life will show... I'm an optimist and I hope I'll fulfill my dream.
